MNUMS has a total of 3 student dormitories.

Dormitory No. 1 has a capacity of 360 students. There are 102 rooms in total. There are 85 rooms for females and 17 for males.
Dormitory No. 2 has a capacity of 360 students. There are 95 rooms in total. There are 78 rooms for females and 17 for males.
Dormitories No. 1 and 2 are located in the 6th khoroo, Bayanzurkh district, Ulaanbaatar.
Dormitory No. 3 has a capacity of 864 students. There are 108 rooms in total. There are 88 rooms for females and 22 rooms for males.
Dormitory No. 3 is located in the 12th khoroo, district of Bayanzurkh district, Ulaanbaatar.
To enter the dormitory, the following documents must be submitted. Health Check Sheet

• If you are under the age of 18, take early detection and bring the test results from the hospital of your district
• If you have undergone early detection within the last 1 year, it is not necessary to take a repeat test
• If you have not been tested at all, go to the Central Hospital of MNUMS and attach the test results

Dormitory contract

• Within 24 hours after receiving the room allocation, pay the room fee, print the medical examination results, print the room contract and the room card from the student web, and enter the dormitory when the documents are complete.
• Full payment of accommodation fee is confirmed.
• The annual fee for the 1st and 2nd dormitories is 600,000 ₮
•  The annual fee for the 3rd dormitory is 800,000
